The guest room was pleasantly furnished and nicely decorated, perfect for my needs.

Spotless room with nice view of the cathedral. Plenty of meals for breakfast, including tea, milk, croissants, jam, and cheese.

The location was marvellous and lovely, close to all attractions, convenient to go everywhere. A few times I ate at Restaurante Alcaravea, located not too far from the hotel. Got large room with a nice 'juliet' balcony when arrived, greatly enjoyed that. A shower, hairdryers, and toiletries was a plus.

We were moved to a guest room with impeccable bathroom. The location was comfortable and practical - ease of access to Plaza de Santa Teresa.

The hotel was in a practical location next to the historic centre and the Cathedral, the walls, museum and of course the cafes and shops. We could drink something at La Alacena, located 2 km away. Thoroughly enjoyed the way our a nice size and well-equipped queen room with a nice 'juliet' balcony was arranged...

The hotel has extremely friendly staff on the reception desk. The rooms are airy and good-sized, with a minibar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and climate control. The venue has a central location in the town wall.

Excellent location, nice big room and helpful staff. On a popular, noisy street but windows double glazed (and good air-condioning). Excellent value.
Not the fault of the hotel but parking is very difficult. No wi-fi, ethernet connection in some rooms.

had perfectly pleasant stay in this ideal hotel, the staff were attentive, location was impeccable near city gate & cafes. i was offered a room with superb views of the illuminated town walls & cathedral. location: the property was short walk to the cathedral, the walls, museum and of course the cafes and shops and a map of avila. the lunch in restaurante bococo close to the hotel had every choice imaginable.

The location was favourable, feet from Avila Council Office. The room itself was reasonably large with impeccable bathroom. The staff was excellent and efficient on arrival and throughout the stay.

The room I stayed in had a beautiful bathroom, balcony, and a comfortable double bed, and it was nicely decorated and well-equipped; the breakfast provided plenty of options and the food was tasty, and the hotel's location was right in the heart of the city.

The bigger advantage of this Hotel is only the very attractive price for staying just in the middle center of Avila. The room is also various spacious and well noiseless from the outside streets.
Even the breakfast is paid a part; I did not like it at all. Is has a very limited choice of food. The bread is reduced to simple toasts that you may ask to the servant. The orange juice is quite horrible and they did not provide nor eggs, neither bacon or else. The Hotel is not very quiet inside. I have waked up sometimes with noise from the corridor of other customers that were passing around.

For a three star hotel our rate of 48 EUR for a room was excellent. Rooms are extremely large, clean with nice bathroom. We also had breakfast for 6.50 EUR which was OK. Location is excellent, just inside the walled old city of Avilla.
I could imagine there could be a problem with parking during the high season, given there are limited parking spaces in the old city. Option is to park outside the walled area but this could be quite far from the hotel.

The room was a nice size with a double bed included. The hotel had a comfortable location close to Tower of Los Guzmanes. It took us 5 minutes on foot to get to the downtown.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city, offering great value for money. The location is superb, right inside the city walls and in the best area. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, ensuring a comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious and have a nice 'Juliet' balcony, adding a touch of charm to the accommodation. Additionally, the bathrooms are impeccable, reflecting the attention to detail in this hotel.
Everything was perfect, no complaints whatsoever.
